In 1995, ERA started as an independent mechanical engineering company. Founder Eduard Aubri, with experience at GTI, among others, Unica opted for independence. ERA shined in projects such as the FC Twente 1st stadium expansion, renovation of the Leidserijn college and the new Wetteren nursing home. We remain driven with our own philosophy, focusing on innovative challenges such as Prefab Shaft Skids, Prefab Wall Skids and Prefab Technology Skids. ERA Prefab Systems has been active on a large scale in Austria and Germany for over 20 years, and has now also opened a Dutch branch.

ERA Prefab Systems focuses mainly on non-residential and multi-storey construction, where great efficiency can be achieved in the prefabrication of installation shafts and installation walls at hotels, apartment complexes and healthcare complexes. A shaft / wall made from a steel frame contains all the piping for heating, ventilation, drainage, electricity, (drinking) water and sanitary facilities. By designing pipe penetrations and wet areas in such a way that they are above each other, a large part of the installation work can be removed from the construction site.
